Sponsored Walk - 11th October 2008

The walk will commence between 11 a.m. and 12 midday starting at the promenade adjacent to the Marriot Hotel, Swansea and finishing at Knab Rock in front of the BCYC (Bristol Chanel Yacht Club) where light refreshments will be provided. (Approx 5 miles/2 hours)
 
All the proceeds will be donated to the Prostate Cancer Research Fund (EO215).

Note: All individuals who enter the event are assumed to be fit enough to undertake the walk and do so at their own risk. Please be sure to carry sufficient water with you to prevent dehydration.
